1. Credits Are Generally Non-Refundable
Once a credit purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable, whether paid by card or cryptocurrency. This applies whether or not you have used the credits. This policy is consistent with standard practice across pay-as-you-go AI services and reflects the fact that computational cost is incurred by us at the time of your usage, and that cryptocurrency transactions in particular cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain.
2. Exceptions
We will review and, where appropriate, correct the following on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error (e.g., the same payment processed twice for a single top-up).
- Failed top-ups where payment was captured but credits were never added to your account due to a system error on our end.
- Unauthorized transactions, subject to our standard fraud-review process.
How to report a billing issue
To report an issue in one of these categories, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction, including your account email and the transaction date/amount. We may ask for supporting information (such as a payment confirmation from Stripe or a transaction hash for crypto payments) before issuing a correction.
3. Service Issues
If a technical failure on our end prevents you from being able to use credits you have purchased (for example, extended platform downtime), contact support and we will review whether a credit adjustment is warranted.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a dispute
Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation, and possible forfeiture of any remaining credit balance, without prejudice to our other rights.
