Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Privanode. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credits, and, where required, disclosure to law enforcement.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Privanode to:

1. Generate or facilitate illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material in any form, content that sexualizes minors, or material that facilitates the exploitation of minors.
2. Create malware, exploits, or other tools intended to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt computer systems or networks.
3. Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any individual or group.
4. Generate content in furtherance of fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive schemes.
5. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
6. Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with our credit metering, security controls, rate limits, or abuse-detection systems.
7. Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to your Privanode account or API access without our written permission.
8. Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service outside of the intended chat interface without authorization.
9. Provide false information during sign-up, or misrepresent your eligibility, including your location relative to sanctioned jurisdictions.
10. Generate content intended to provide meaningful uplift toward creating weapons (including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or conventional weapons capable of mass harm), or to plan or carry out acts of terrorism or targeted violence.
11. Use the service in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including, without limitation: warning, suspension, termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credit balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required or where we believe there is a risk of serious harm. We reserve the right to make these determinations at our discretion.
